MARKETING LEAD - STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGER
We seek an experienced marketing professional for a Strategic Project Manager role in our Evanston, IL office. Best suited to this role is someone with a marketing or agency background who understands marketing creative production and how to make such marketing project flow effortlessly. Project management skills are paramount, but second to your understanding your marketing audiences, business process, and common asset types. Experience in supporting content for digital and web channels is a must.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing Operations, this role is responsible for managing the overall execution of complex, active programs with large cross-functional teams to ensure that they meet business goals and requirements. The person will work closely with senior marketing leadership, as well as individuals on the marketing team, which include industry marketers, writers/editors, designers, digital marketers and event coordinators. This person will help to oversee the marketing project production process and associated technology to ensure all milestones and requirements are met, using influence to predict and eliminate bottlenecks or resource constraints. In addition, this person will act as the project owner for strategic corporate marketing initiatives throughout the year.
