Reporting to: Director of Digital Marketing

The LINQ Marketing team is looking for an experienced, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager. The Marketing Operations Manager will focus on the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and play an integral part in developing digital and automation strategies for LINQ.

The Marketing Operations Manager will ultimately manage the people, processes, technology, and data that help to scale our Marketing organization. You will support the success of our marketing campaigns and programs, the efficacy of our Marketing tech stack, the cleanliness of data and accurate reporting, and the workflow processes between core business systems and teams. You will also be integral in analyzing funnel performance, optimizing the performance of digital demand channels, and consulting stakeholders to leverage campaign insights to improve future campaign performance.

The ideal candidate for this role will have deep experience in building upon an existing Marketing Operations infrastructure, and have a clear voice in driving change to help establish new solutions and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution, maintenance and optimization of marketing programs, reporting, and strategic initiatives that help to drive demand and lead generation success for the Marketing team
  • Maintain, optimize and troubleshoot the build and rebuild of Pardot system
  • Develop, maintain, and continually improve upon lead scoring and ABM strategies
  • Create, configure, and maintain programs and workflows that support email marketing and marketing campaign efforts
  • Work cross-functionally to manage and optimize MQL processes, lead management processes, lead routing and Marketing to Sales handoffs and workflows
  • Own setup and configuration of third-party integrations, and maintain tools and tech stack across digital properties/platforms, website, marketing automation platform, and CRM system
  • Provide insights to leadership and team members into overall marketing program effectiveness by helping to produce and maintain reports and dashboards across our tech stack
  • Develop and optimize email templates and landing page templates that support marketing efforts
  • Optimize campaign build and launch workflows, standardize campaign workflows, and implement proper campaign setup and tracking
  • Create and update documentation for Marketing automation and operations processes for internal enablement and team member/sales training
  • Own platforms/tools and execute on paid marketing strategies and channels
  • Assist team in developing and scaling campaign execution with the addition of digital advertising elements, including SEM, Display, Social, and ABM
  • Assist Director of Digital Marketing in managing integrated website tools and agency relationships related to SEO, SEM, and PPC

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, digital advertising, and marketing or related functions
  • Proficient in driving reporting and data analytics
  • Famliarity with a variety of paid media (including social) platforms
  • Expertise working with marketing automation tools. Ample experience using Pardot, additional familiarity and experience with others including Hubspot, Eloqua, or Marketo
  • Familiarity and experience working with Salesforce
  • Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills
  • Experience in working with web content management systems, primarily Wordpress. Additional understanding of CSS, HTML and more.
  • Experience in working with a variety of digital tools and platforms (such as SalesLoft, Opt-in Monster, advertising platforms, AI/ABM platforms, etc.)
  • Understanding of traditional, digital and emerging marketing channels
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and business functions
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
