The Marketing Specialist on the Wealth Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing programs for our Wealth Management Division, which consists of Private Wealth Management, Corporate Trust, Global Capital Markets and Personal Trust. You will use your effective communication skills and creative mindset to ensure the development of marketing strategies, tactical goals, and KPIs that align with the division's strategic goals. You will lead initiative to launch products, build awareness, acquire Clients, and drive the pipeline and usage of our solutions. The incumbent will partner closely with the Wealth Marketing Team to understand business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of monthly webinars, including topic selection, scheduling, promotion, and coordination of presenters.
  • Oversee the production of educational videos aimed at both internal Associates and clients, prospects, and centers of influence, ensuring content is engaging, informative and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Plan, launch, and manage a podcast series, including assisting with scripting episodes, coordinating guest appearances, recording, editing process and distribution efforts.
  • Develop and maintain content for the organization's intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and supports our communication objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using KPIs to measure effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices related to wealth management, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Develop innovative marketing initiatives that leverage emerging trends and technologies to differentiate our wealth management services in the market and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify untapped market segments and develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with the unique needs and preferences of each audience.
  • Develop subject matter expertise for the Wealth Management Division establishing yourself as a key partner in the development of the division's overall strategy. Use market research, data insights, audience segments, and other inputs to help inform and uncover opportunities for growth and focus.
  • Collaborate with the Website and Digital Marketing teams to deeply understand the holistic user journey across the different touchpoints and define the role of the websites in the ecosystem; align website strategies with broader business objectives and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date and share relevant marketing and growth trends to continually enhance the team's product and marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for maintaining current knowledge and adhering to all bank policies and procedures, within the scope of their job, to ensure compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 2+years of marketing experience within the financial services industry - preferably wealth management specifically.
  • Video production and digital experience a plus.
  • Must have a good balance of analytical and creative mindset.
  • Must have Project management experience with the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the organization's entire suite of products, how they fit together, and how strategically positioned and sold, to provide the appropriate products and services to our clients is a necessity.
  • Must have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with key lines of business stakeholders, product management, creative services, and communication teams is especially important.
