Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase warehouse consumables
• Complete daily checklists
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area (5S)
• Inventory Control including cycle counts
• Enter transactions in SAP
• Allocate and stage materials, including maintaining inventory in Kanban area
• Operate warehouse equipment (Fork lift, pallet jacks and drum lifter, etc.)

• Maintain all required documentation in real time and assure inspection ready

• Initiate appropriate action when process deviations occur and report

• Participate in investigations (i.e. complaints, deviations, temperature excursions)
• Work well with regulatory agency personnel during audits and inspections
• Weekly inspections of the warehouse areas to include cleaning and safety compliance
• Shipping/Receiving
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation
• Performing Raman tests
• Receipt of chemicals (hazardous and non-hazardous) deliveries from road tanker trucks to onsite storage tanks (sampling, alarms monitoring, testing)

Minimum requirements:

  • 2-5 years warehouse experience
  • High school grad/GED
  • WMS experience
  • • Experienced fork truck driver
  • • Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed

Preferred/Desired skills:
  • • Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • • MRP/ERP experience (SAP)
  • • Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • • Bulk chemical deliveries
