Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for Material Handler with a fast-proven record of accomplishments to support operations in Charleston, SC. Wood offers health benefits, 401k, vacation, LTD/STD and more. ***Candidates must live within a 60 mile radius***

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required

• Properly receive, store manage inventory and ship finished lubricant products
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
• Properly store items within assigned locations within the warehouse
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to leads/supervisor

Skills / Qualifications

• CDL License (REQUIRED)
• Minimum (1+) years' warehouse-related/forklift experience (REQUIRED)
• Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Good time management skills

Education:

• High school diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
