Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center - Part Time Days

This position is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and operating all HVAC equipment including filter changes, Pump and boiler maintenance, Patching and painting of walls, ceilings and light electrical at the SPNR location. To assist in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility while maintaining a safe environment. Jobs also include winter snow & ice removal small construction projects, assist in moving office furniture and files.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoots, completes and oversees all major and minor mechanical repairs:
  • Applies Team Leader skills to overseeing all repairs
  • Analyze, interpret air flow data and air balancing

  • Access and troubleshoot EMS syste
  • Pump repairs
  • Clean and test ADI flow indicators
  • Check, treat closed and open loop water treatment
  • Responds to Fire Alarm as part of the Fire Response Team
  • Applies all safety anf health standards
  • Change, adjust belts, bearings, sheaves

What you will need:
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 2-3 years of experience in HVAC
  • Valid Drivers license
