A company in north Austin is looking to bring on a Member Services Representative to support their team! This is a fully in-office M-F position and pay is $20/hr. This is a contract position set to last 2 months with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual updates on dormant accounts, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the daily process of opening accounts online, including communication with prospective members regarding required documents and steps. Update workflow systems to ensure timely account opening and closure of pending accounts.
• Assist in courtesy calling members who are 2-9 days past due on payments, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate on a project to remove staples from IRA documents, ensuring documents are prepared for scanning and archival purposes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
