Our client, a medical nonprofit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Member Services and Communications Specialist to join their team!

About You:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of customer service and membership experience are required.
• Experience with a membership database is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management, and organizational skills are required.

The Job:

• Manage day-to-day AMS
• Administer memberships, including full-lifecycle recruiting
• Assess and organize data within the system
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

This is a great opportunity that pays $26/hr-$28/hr during the temporary period and would convert to a permanent salary range of $50K-$60K, depending on experience.
