What You'll Do: As a Member Services Rep II in Membership Administration, you will assist with processing daily workflow tasks for new business, non-renew and reinstatements, review and update policy systems, billing and member accounts to reflect correct membership information. You will serve as a customer service representative by answering phone calls and collecting dues payments over the phone to make sure payments are applied to member accounts appropriately. As a Member Services Rep II, you must keep a service-oriented attitude at all times by maintaining professional and productive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, agents, agency managers, state federation staff and others.
