What you need to know about this role:
The role will provide a risk lens to portfolio leaders, product managers and PMO teams throughout product development lifecycle to ensure products and features are secure and compliant, and the risks associated with the products and features are identified and managed as outlined per enterprise compliance policies and the risk lifecycle process.

Meet our team:
The Business Risk and Control Lead Incident Manager is part of the wider Business Risk and Control Lead team for Merchant Product. The BRCL team manage and execute risk processes that exist in the first line, such as risk identification, risk assessment, risk and control evaluation, management and resolution of issues and incidents.

You will influence and motivate teams across a diverse set of vertical domains and geographic locations to ensure the merchant incidents are addressed rapidly and efficiently so that our software applications are available and functional 24x7x365.

Your day to day:

In your day to day you will support the merchant product BRCL team on issue and incident management by collaborating with global cross-functional teams and Incident Management teams on the mitigation of critical LIVE site high profile through our incident management process.

What you need to bring:
  • The ideal candidate is someone with a desire for continual learning and who possesses strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), problem-solving skills, working with ambiguity, motivating others, process management, presentation skills, drive for results, time management, function/technical skills, thrives in ONE TEAM environment: Inclusion, Collaboration, Innovation, Wellness
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in payment industry, financial services, management consulting firms and/or project management
  • Understanding of payments products/ experiences
  • This position requires resourcefulness, good judgment, persistence, and flexibility
  • Relationship management skills with ability to collaborate, influence and build professional relationships in a cross-functional environment
  • Some technology experience is a plus
