Job Summary:

The Manager, Fidelity & Program Performance will be primarily responsible for the Fidelity and Program Performance of BI's Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). Fidelity and performance monitoring of the ISAP program includes, but is not limited to, the performance of contractual tasks with a focus on effective case management services through the use of internal program fidelity audits and evaluations of operations for compliance with established procedures. Collects and reports on program outcomes data to determine the effectiveness, quality, and integrity of procedures, identifies areas of improvement, and recommends appropriate changes.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Manager, Fidelity & Program Performance is responsible for reviewing and coaching program staff on case management services and identifying best practices.
  • Provide observation and individualized coaching on interactions between staff and participants.
  • Train program staff on issues of fidelity and performance.
  • Assist with developing and reviewing Fidelity and Performance assessment tools.
  • The Manager, Fidelity & Program Performance works with staff within ISAP facilities to ensure consistent processes and practices follow ISAP standard operating procedures and assist with developing strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Develop, prepare, and generate timely ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to fidelity and performance reviews.
  • Review performance indicators and data to report on areas of improvement or concerns and identify trends.
  • Work to achieve continual improvement in outcomes.
  • May be assigned special projects as needed to support new program initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.




Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Services, Psychology, Human Services, or related field required.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a related field (i.e., case management, quality assurance, correctional). Experience with the ISAP program preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language skills.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of quality assurance processes.
  • Thorough understanding of case management services and the ability to effectively interface with staff and participants.
  • The ability to observe and coach case specialists for fidelity purposes.
  • General knowledge of the ISAP program and standard operating procedures.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to provide leadership and handle negativity in a coaching situation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Initiative, flexibility, and change management skills.
  • Project management skills preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently with overnight stays.
  • Ability to use computers and the necessary software applications used by the department.    
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation as required and obtain a Suitability Determination for BI.
