Silgan Dispensing is a large business in Grandview, MO. We are part of a global company that produces injection molded parts for some of the world's leading brands.

Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality products
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper molding process
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Assemble and package finished products according to customer requirements
• Perform basic math calculations and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in injection molding or related manufacturing field preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools and ability to use them effectively
• Knowledge of materials handling and ability to fabricate parts as needed
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on finished products
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Holidays/Weekends as needed.

• Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (7am - 3pm)
• Night Shift (3pm - 11pm)
• Overnight Shift (11pm - 7am)
