Job Description Summary:
Provide Solution Engineering services for LECS and additional RAAS offerings. Specially focused on Equifax for 2022

Job Description:

This position is customer facing, with the need for both excellent communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of the technology being offered. This role also requires the person to be proficient in sharing technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level for a prospective customer and adjusting depth and complexity as needed to facilitate the conversation. It also requires a strong knowledge of analytics, fraud, with an emphasis on eCommerce and Financial Services.

This position requires several years of experience in the Fraud Prevention or IT compliance sector, and previous Sales Engineering experience within the transactional processing space. The position may require limited travel in the region assigned. The person will typically spend 10% of time working onsite in the region with customers and prospects. This is a very self-motivated/self-managed position where you will be required to support multiple Sales Representatives both internally and with partners. Interaction with Sales and clients is the key to success. Being able to engage, respond with confidence, and follow up efficiently on questions and concerns is required.

  • Providing guidance to Product Team for new features
  • Creating collateral for communicating/educating clients
  • Researching and monitoring latest fraud trends in region
  • Supporting Pilots
  • Completing RFP's, Statement of Work's, Proposals.
  • Gathering and refining requirements
  • Presenting Competitive Analysis
  • Supporting Existing Customers
  • Working Trade Shows as necessary
  • Presenting at Conferences and Seminars
  • Continual feedback to product management and engineering on possible improvements, bugs, customer requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Bridge the gap between the Sales person and the technical demands of the prospect
  • Translate the use cases and requirements of the customer into both understandable deliverables for the sales rep, and technical deliverables for supporting professional services
  • Educate the customer on the capabilities and limitations of the product and integration with their systems.
  • Understand the business of the prospects to support discussions on typical compliance concerns, technical challenges and possible solutions.
  • Provide insight on competitive solutions and differentiate between them
  • Offer guidance on best practices based on industry standards and existing customer base
  • Enabling Merchants in the platforms
