Perioperative 101 Program for Experienced RNs new to the Operating Room

About the MGH Main OR

• Mass General Hospital's Operating Room department is comprised of a world class team of OR nurses, Surgical Technologists, Equipment Techs, OR Assistants, and OR Coordinators caring for patients undergoing complex surgical procedures.

Staff are engaged in precepting new staff (both experienced and new to the environment) and students from various education programs. • Staff also participate in staff development projects, collaborative governance committees, and process improvements projects on the unit.
• Full time day/evening/night rotations

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Massachusetts required.
• BSN preferred.
• Day/evening/night rotations including weekends, holidays, and on-call required.
