Adecco is currently seeking an energetic, trustworthy individual for a Office Assistant role in Champaign, IL.
Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Answer phone calls and greet applicants
  • Make copies of paperwork as directed
  • Call candidates for job assignments
  • Schedule specific number of interviews daily
  • Complete spreadsheet requirements daily
  • Complete reference checks
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment and by self and stay focused on tasks
  • Ability to take & follow directions
  • Qualifications for this position are:
  • Minimum one-year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks
