We're looking for an eCommerce Sales Intern who will join our eCommerce - DTC team.

Our remote internship program is designed to cultivate the professional growth of students through a dynamic work environment. Over the course of 12 weeks you will work on meaningful projects and have opportunities to learn from industry leaders. We are committed to your development but will also rely on you to bring new knowledge, new ideas, and innovation into our organization.

The eCommerce-DTC team supports the eCommerce business for retail partners and direct to consumer sites. The team is rapidly growing and works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, content production & syndication, analytics and finance. As an eCommerce Sales Intern, you will work closely with these teams.

Interns will be assigned an individual project focused on real world opportunities within their hiring manager's team. Projects could include: competitive analysis, process optimization, data analysis, and/or strategic planning. A final project presentation will be presented to leadership at the end of the internship program. In addition to the individual project, eCommerce-DTC interns will be assigned a group project case study, that will simulate the cross-functional nature of working on the eCommerce-DTC team

The eCommerce Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting some of our major omni-channel accounts such as Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot. He or she will gain a unique understanding of how both in-store and online programs come to life across multiple portfolios of business. These accounts have high visibility within the organization and collaborate with every business unit. In this role, he or she will learn how to maintain relationships both externally and internally, how to analyze the business, and how to create strategic plans to ultimately grow sales.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Learn how to build and analyze sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Learn how to create holistic sales plans and forecasts
  • Support item setup and the product life-cycle from start to finish
  • Support order and fulfillment maintenance
  • Gain an understanding of customer portals and internal data tools
  • Collaborate and participate in regular meetings with with cross-functional partners such as Business Development Teams, Finance, Supply Chain, Content & Marketing
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings
  • Ad Hoc requests as needed such as item maintenance, PDP audits, and sales analyses

  • Passion for driving sales and creating the ultimate omni channel experience for the customer.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Display strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a team environment.
  • Basic MS Excel and Powerpoint skills required.
  • Proactive and positive attitude!
