Our client, a very successful private equity firm in Chevy Chase, MD, is seeking a temporary to hire On-site Executive Assistant to support their busy office! This position will provide administrative support for five high-level staff members and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, reconcile expense reports in Concur, coordinate and manage calendars and scheduling and compile materials for meetings and conferences. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, and 5+ years of professional experience required; experience working in the finance industry is preferred. You must be proactive, detail oriented, and possesses superb written and verbal communication skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. This is a temporary to hire opportunity that pays between $25-32/hour and converts to a salary of $65-$70K depending on experience.
