TITLE: One Process Assistant Director (Bias & Title IX Coordinator)
FLSA Status: Exempt (Salaried)
DEPARTMENT: Office of Justice, Equity and Inclusion (OJEI)
REPORTS TO: Vice President
STATUS: Full-time (37.50 hours/week)
Serves as the principal institutional official responsible for coordinating, implementing and overseeing compliance with the Title IX. The coordinator's responsibilities include overseeing all complaints of sex discrimination and identifying and addressing any patterns or systemic problems that arise during the review of such complaints. Additionally, this position is responsible for responded to non-Title XI bias incidents that are reported to the institution.
