RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Operational Procurement Project Manager for their enterprise networking and cloud services client in Raleigh, North Carolina. The purpose of the role is to ensure business continuity of the newly acquired companies during the initial integration period to our client's purchasing tools and processes, you will support the Procurement Lead.Responsibilities:

• Project manage the procurement integration of spend and suppliers utilized by acquired companies to our processes and tools
• Understand business objectives so as to generate project information, action items, schedule, and deliverables for the team
• Monitor project progress regularly so as to report project status to procurement management
• Assist newly acquired employees in procurement related activities as needed
• Work with cross functional internal groups and the acquisition to ensure timely vetting, enrollment and other requirements are completed for acquisition-based suppliers
• Conduct regular follow ups with respective stakeholders to drive integration completion and address any concerns or roadblocks accordingly
• Define training requirements and accordingly develop training materials for acquired company personnel on policies and best practices
• Develop innovative approaches to review procurement process effectiveness
• Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, trainings and metrics
• Identify and develop standard processes that address company's acquisition program requirements
• Flexible to adjust to changing business needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Six Sigma Certification
• 7 years of professional experience
• 5 + years experience in Purchasing, Accounts Payable, or Finance
• 3 + years experience working with an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, or SaaS systems such as Ariba, Ketera, Coupa, Netsuite or Basware
• Experience with Agile project management methodology
• Experience with data analytics tools
• Contracts and negotiation
• Experience in Operational Procurement Project Management

Skills:

• Procure to pay expertise
• Knowledge of procurement ERP systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office:

• MS Excel: Advance Skill Level, pivot table, Vlookup, and ability to work with 50,000 lines of data
• MS PowerPoint: Medium Skill Level: familiar with themes, modify fonts, insert images

Project Management:

• Project manages or manages workflows: Medium Skill Level (expert)
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Business Experience
• Collaboration Tools - Smartsheets (medium skill level)
