What You'll Be Doing:
The Operations Coordinator acts as a liaison between the Supply Chain Project Management team and the Housewares internal and external Operations functions. Providing project management administrative support by maintaining project data, schedules and project-based event coordination, this role is a hub for ensuring that Supply Chain projects stay on track and on time. This hands-on Coordinator is responsible for keeping projects moving by proactively communicating with partners and ensuring that project data is up to date.

· Administrative support of multiple projects

· Meeting scheduling, note taking and action item follow-up share outs to attendees and key partners

· Maintain and distribute project related PowerPoint presentations

· Provide data cleansing, manual updates and inputs to operational systems implementations

· Updating and editing of standard operation procedures
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
· Strong project management skills

· Data management

· Ability to clearly communicate project information, plans and timelines to colleagues at all levels

· Ability to administer, update and maintain project plans consisting of data, schedules and action items from multiple departments
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma

· Administrative or project management experience

· 1+ years of experience with computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet or other project management tools

· Demonstrated success utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
