Operations Manager Job Title: Operations Manager
Compensation: 95k-115k Depending on Experience
Location: Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL
Details

As an Operations Manager, you will direct supervisory team members and subcontractors engaged in executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of installation, rental and sales.

What You Will Be Doing Direct field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule
Manage day-to-day trade contractor scheduling and field oversight
Ensure projects meet work expectations that conform to original plans and specifications
Build and maintain a high-performance team that requires minimal supervision
Assist team with project planning and developing site logistics
Ensure projects are completed within budget
What You Need for this Position Bachelors degree in construction management or a similar field, preferred
5+ years of project management experience required
Commercial or industrial construction desired
