At Sam's Club, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As we expand our operations, we are looking for experienced Operations Managers to join our team and lead our new Distribution Center located in Jacksonville, FL.

Reporting into the Assistant General Manager the Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our distribution center. You will have a background in operations management, logistics, and supply chain management. The Operations Manager will help ensure the efficient operation of the distribution center, managing a team of employees, and always improving processes to meet customer demands.

What you'll do:

• Oversee all aspects of the distribution center's operations, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in all operations.
  
• Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they achieve their goals.
  
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the performance of the distribution center.
  
• Monitor operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Collaborate with teams, including customer service, procurement, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
