Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Benefits Consultant for a 18-month Federal Project located in Livermore, CA.

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Benefits Consultant
Location: Remote with Travel to Albuquerque, NM & Livermore, CA
Duration: 18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Analyze client's current HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules according to client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems such as payroll, time and attendance, and third-party benefits providers.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Requirements Analysis experience
• 3+ years of Business Process IT Alignment experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience
• Functional Designs experience
• Bachelor's Degree
