RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle HCM Solutions Architect in Gaithersburg, MD.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Peoplesoft, HR implementations and at least ONE of Oracle HCM cloud; PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM migration - in the HR modules (Payroll, time entry, etc.)
Needs experience with global implementations of HCM; Must have done this for an enterprise
Experience transitioning Oracle, PeopleSoft finance systems to cloud; Background lots of reporting, Hyperion, etc.
Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
