Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment and Radio Programming Specialist for the Fayetteville NC location. The individual is responsible for overseeing all incoming and outgoing products and must be tech savvy to program motorola radios. • Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
• Supports the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand always.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Resolves any material needs, solving material problems and inventory control issues as they arise.
• Updates computer generated inventories and documents.
• Facilitate fulfilment of orders by gathering materials or inventory.
• Program Mororola radios (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Shipping and Receiving
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Candidates must possess clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred
• Strong communication skills

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear, utilize personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to potentially hazardous materials, lift (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; be able to handle semi-frequent stressful conditions (cardiovascular), frequently work in outdoor weather conditions, frequently move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally ascend / descend a ladder, operate a motor vehicle, frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
