Mobile Communications America is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator for our Fayetteville, NC location. This role is responsible for all aspects of purchasing for the company and for managing the inventory, distribution, and control of those items. The Manager must identify the products that are to be purchased, identify the most appropriate supplier for the products, confirm all aspects of pricing, confirm all deliveries, and maintain an inventory control database.


  • Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Implement changes and develop new processes to better procure goods and services.
  • Update company on any new products that may be more efficient or cost effective, obsolete products, product trends
  • Craft negotiation strategies and maintain and find ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Evaluate inventory levels and determine best stock levels for replenishment.
  • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
  • Provide Support and Backup for both the Purchasing and Warehousing Teams.
  • Maintain open Purchase Order, Sales Order, and Inventory Reports to meet company goals.
  • Lead and participate in Inventory physical counts and research.
  • Participate in ERP and CRM System Training and Development.
  • Conduct new hire and on-going training

  • 2+ years’ experience in Order Fulfillment or comparable role.
  • Graduation from accredited high school; some college desirable
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data, problem identification and resolution and ability to generate clear/concise reports indicating key issues to management/ department head
  • Acts in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to adapt and change to business needs and goals.
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear, utilize lift (overhead, waist) from floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; be able to operate a motor vehicle. Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50 pounds.
