Job Description Summary:
This unique position spanning business and technology combines project coordination for change management initiatives, along with user experience research, business analytics, and consulting. We are looking for a strong user advocate at heart with project management and organizational change management experience.

Job Description:

As a Change Management Practitioner on the Organizational Change Management team, you will help define processes and standards, and blend strong data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to find deep meaning in the data. This role is critical in tracking success through research (surveys, focus groups, interviews), and operationalizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our enterprise workforce collaboration solutions.

This role is expected to gain and maintain a good understanding of the End User and Employee technologies (including technology domains such as: collaboration tools, product development, software engineering, security, and support). The role has a focus on industry-standard practices to challenge, as well as support the functions they are working with to reduce risk and help improve operational stability within our environment. This role will also give input on the strategic direction of organizational change management.

Primary Job Responsibilities include:
  • Lead Change Management efforts by engaging stakeholders, sponsors, technical resources, project teams, customers, and end-users through creation and execution of Communications Plans, Sponsor Roadmaps, Coaching, Resistance Management, and Training plans
  • Understand and adhere to Organizational Change Management (OCM) standards and methodologies (i.e. PROSCI ADKAR)
  • Manage tasks, projects, and workstreams for change management efforts to support the implementation of critical initiatives driving technology, process, and culture changes.
  • Identify and operationalize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our enterprise workforce collaboration solutions
  • Identify workforce collaboration use cases/problems from our employees and business partners thru feedback, interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.
  • Partner with our technology team and vendors to deploy specific enterprise collaboration solutions for these use cases/business problems such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Slack
  • Define and identify the value proposition, messaging, and launch strategy for the deployment of these specific enterprise collaboration solutions.
  • Deliver and create end user communications and training materials when necessary.
  • Become a liaison to our business partners, understanding their workforce collaboration needs and solving their collaboration problems
  • Influence the product roadmap of our vendors with the workforce collaboration use cases from our employees and business partners
Who you are:
  • You are an accomplished Change Management Practitioner with extensive experience driving significant technology changes, with a focus on the human aspects of change
  • You have earned Change Management Industry certifications like Prosci ADKAR CCP, or ACMP CCMP designation
  • You can query, report, find patterns, and clean data. You are a Microsoft Excel power user with demonstrated proficiency with data analysis principles and tools, Statistical analysis in Excel, Power BI, Qualtrics, or Tableau
  • You are a strong collaborator with the ability to analyze complex data and communicate effectively with business leaders, technology professionals, and end users
  • You are a passionate user Advocate with the ability to articulate and address project risks, constraints, and user impacts
  • You believe in process over heroics, with the ability to diagram and understand complex business workflows to identify areas of efficiency and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong Project Management experience, and practical approach to coordinating projects
  • Experience with Project Management systems like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project
  • PMP Certification
  • Creating effective user stories and change requests
  • Strategic thinking and agility
  • Experienced in engaging with customers and senior business leaders
  • Experience with Enterprise Collaboration Products (Microsoft products)
  • Team-first professional with excellent leadership, influencing and prioritization capabilities
  • Experience with Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Excel, Slack, and Confluence
