Are you looking for a great hospitality opportunity?

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Representative (Overnight) with customer service experience and problem-solving skills to join our team! As the first point of contact for all prospective clientele, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall quality of our residents' experience meets the company's established standards.

What Your Day Is Like

• Cover the Front Desk and assist guests check-in and check-out
• Respond to guest requests for service
• Maintain daily logs
• Perform after hour resident check-ins and lockouts
• Reinforce community rules and policies & maintain key inventory
• Work with our guests, our Oakwood team and our vendors to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Patrol property as scheduled
• Contact external law enforcement and emergency agencies when necessary

Best Candidates Will Have

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to quickly learn other computer application
• Hospitality experience is a plus
