We are well know construction firm that have been business for over 50 years. We various locations throughout the U.S and we are currently in need of a Service Technician in our Fort Lauderdale location t who is highly skilled in a variety of trades and can troubleshoot and repair a wide range of facilities issues.

So, if your experienced with completing light construction repair projects, please apply today!
What You Will Be Doing -Perform maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
-Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
-Respond to emergency maintenance requests and take appropriate action to resolve the issue quickly and effectively.
-Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various equipment and systems in the facility, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
What You Need for this Position - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve issues.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair principles, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to address issues as they arise.
