What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of paralegal experience in real estate and corporate transactions
- Experience drafting, leases, purchase contracts, easements, deeds, and other property-related documents
- Proofreading legal documents
- Analyzing and summarizing real estate documents
- Assist in contract/document review
- Coordinating and managing transactional closings, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and financing
