Our client, a global talent advisory firm is seeking a Part Time Office Administrator to join their team on site in their Haddonfield office. If you are looking to capitalize on your administrative and support skill set and want to play a critical role in the overall success of the company, then this role is for you!

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position
  • 1+ year of experience in a professional setting (Internships count!)
  • Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and professionalism

Day to Day:

  • Act as a point of contact for various departments to assist with administrative tasks including meeting coordination, preparing materials and presentations, and gatekeeping as needed
  • Organize all office events including luncheons in the office, happy hours, volunteer events and holiday parties
  • Provide assistance with any or all building projects or renovations
  • Process all office related expenses in Expensify
  • Create and manage an organized conference room schedule
  • Assist with additional projects as needed
