Summary of Responsibilities

Our current Office Manager has more work than they can support. We are looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to focus on the Marketing responsibilities for the office. We expect these duties to take 20hrs per work to perform. However, we are looking for a flexible person as these hours could increase/decrease on any given week.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional office setting
  • Prefer Marketing coordinator background
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Able to work P/T and able to be flexible with their schedule
  • Ideal candidate has experience and/or knowledge with small boats


Primary responsibilities:
  • Technical / Marketing Support to the Group (overhead)

o Maintain technical library

o Intermediary between DLBA PM and Finance
  • Technical / Marketing Support to the Group (overhead)

o Proofread reports (chargeable & billable)

o Proofread newsletter, posts

o Generate copy for marketing propaganda

Additional responsibilities may include :
  • Responsible for site management, logistics, and security (overhead)
  • Coordinate lunch delivery for guests and employee events
  • Order office supplies
  • Order coffee supplies
  • Reconcile Amex statements with expense reports and receipts
  • First contact for security company (Datawatch)
  • Interface with property management company to resolve any issues (RMR)
  • Maintain list of corporate memberships with log-in information
  • Maintain master password list for safes, emails, computers, etc.
  • Property Administrator
  • Set up new employees on phones
  • Maintain employee telephone list
  • Update onsite physical security procedures
  • Keep logbook for back-of-office visits from non-Leidos personnel
  • Answer the main phone line
  • Maintain record of employee physical onsite access:

o Datawatch cards, what they access

o Keys, what they access
  • Group Management Support to Director (overhead)
  • Assist Director with expense authorizations, expense reports, and NOIT
  • Arrange travel (chargeable & billable)
