Overview

Challenger Lifts, Inc. a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate that is capable of timely and accurate shipment of service parts from the Parts Department.

Responsibilities

  • Review open service part orders and verify accuracy of current orders.
  • Print pick tickets and distribute to correct location.
  • Arrange for the transportation of all service part orders
  • Timely management of paperwork flow as well as support needed by other departments.
  • Review part department demand, open purchase orders and expedite deliveries.
  • Supervise the accurate and timely order confirmation and other necessary follow up carried out in order to ensure fulfillment of parts requirements.
  • Respond to the changing needs of the business to meet the Parts Department objectives and goals.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years freight and fulfillment experience.
  • Microsoft office proficiency, especially excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Must be multi-task oriented.
  • Excellent attendance, team player and leadership ability.
  • Able to work hours of overtime as required by demands of the job.
  • Able to work in high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Material requirements planning knowledge and/or experience is a plus.

College degree is a plus.
