Title: Patient Order Specialist

Hours: Mon-Friday 8:30-4:30

Location: Minneapolis MN.

Pay Rate: 24.00/hr.

Overview: As the Patient Order Coordinator, you'll manage patient-related paperwork for our sales team. This involves handling incoming faxes, referrals, and entering data accurately. Your role ensures orders meet service standards and insurance rules. You'll also assist our Reimbursement Benefit team by confirming patient DME coverage, including using payer portals and contacting payers when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks.
• Enter new patient details into our database.
• Reach out to clinics to complete missing referral information.
• Process paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Verify paperwork meets payer and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Attend monthly meetings as required.
• Help with overtime requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, such as database maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (with 2 years of data entry experience) OR Associate degree.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and remote work tools.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and willingness to seek help.
• Reliable attendance.
• Previous experience in data entry, DME, insurance, or customer service is a plus.
