An exciting opportunity is available now for those interested in the quality of care for End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients. Through implementation of quality improvement projects and activities, Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) supports the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on improving the quality of life and quality of care for individuals receiving dialysis or a kidney transplant in the states of Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. CMS calls this region Network 13.
Under general direction, this position will function with the Executive Director and Patient Services Director to assist in the development and implementation of patient services activities with special focus on patient and family engagement across all activities, provision of education to patients, families, and facilities, and grievance resolution. The position also functions with administrative, data, and quality improvement staff to meet and maintain all contractual obligations. Project deadlines may necessitate occasional extended work hours.
