Payroll Manager - Hybrid/Lexington, MA

We are currently working with an innovative therapeutic company located north of Boston that is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This position will be hybrid with applicants able to accommodate a commute to Lexington, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll to ensure all employees, tax authorities, benefit providers, and other third parties are paid accurately and on time across multiple entities.
• Prepare ADP General Ledger interface file for hand-off to the Finance team, plus assist with any payroll related account reconciliations.
• Process and reconcile tax deposits, plus complete quarterly and yearly tax reporting including filing of W-2s and other employee related tax documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Must have experience managing a team
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience
