In addition to payroll processing, as assigned, this position will serve as the SME and point of contact for time and attendance issues adn support. This position is responsible for maintain time adn attendance software by ensuring work rules and time calculations are in line with standard and union compliance. Responsibilities includes ensuring data intergrity through audits and report writing. Will assist Payroll/HRIS Systems Analyst to triage/mitigate any system/intergration issues impacting payroll processing adn liason with internal stakeholders and vendor support if necessary. This roles will partner with HRIS Systems Analyst to identify opporuniites to deive business process improvements in efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR colleagues to identify necessary process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR IT with system related projects specific to payroll including system/module implementation, system upgrade testing and rollouts, and system maintenance.
  • Process payroll and cross train with payroll colleagues for certain payroll groups in coordination with TPA
  • Support implementation/roll out of user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Maintain data integrity in payroll related systems by regularly analyzing data and structure.
  • Monitor data integrations to time & attendance software and make necessary updates to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure timely updates to associate information for seamless payroll processing.
  • Develops and manages special projects as identified by the Payroll/HRIS Systems Manager
  • Provide first level support to end users of time & attendance, acting as a liaison between end users and Third-party Support including troubleshooting, problem solving resolving, reporting, and end user training.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Your Profile:
  • 2 or 4-year University degree or Payroll Certification preferred
  • Prefer 5 years of experience with payroll and time and attendance systems
  • Preferred experience with SAP and Success Factors
  • Experience in process documentation
  • Ability to think critically and challenge the status quo
  • Proactively seek and provide creative approaches to problem solving and process improvement
  • Strong communication, collaborative and customer service skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong payroll process experience
