C&W Services is seeking a Performance Manager to support the continued expansion of our Amazon Account. Keys to your success is your ability to monitor resources required to support the Account, manage milestones with aggressive schedule commitments, drive standardization and consistency within our network, while staying within budget constraints. As a Performance Manager your ability to interface, communicate and partner with cross functional teams at various levels of management is critical to your success on the Amazon Account.

You will use a data-driven approach, identify the biggest problems and opportunities facing our Account Performance, define and implement solutions, and then report out to multiple groups of stakeholders on the impact of our solutions.

Building strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups is crucial in this role. You will partner with multiple groups of business and operational stakeholders to adequately and efficiently meet the needs of the business, the associate, and most importantly of all, our Client.Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will set and clarify requirements for Service Line Managers (Operations; Safety; Training; People). Measures performance, provides feedback, and works with Leadership to hold Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their projects.
  • Leverages the Service Line Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas, and rolling them into the creation of best practices and standardized processes.
  • Utilizes numerous data points to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance account operations and performance to key performance indicators.
  • Possesses a broad technical background. Understands all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project or sub-task.
  • Monitors and reports on the progress of multiple project activities including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Project-Program Management
  • Review project requests for validity and impact.
  • Identify project stakeholders and risks.
  • Identify the problem state and potential business and performance metrics.
  • Align stakeholders on project approach and success metrics.
2. Change Agent
  • Perform a change impact analysis by assessing the impact of a change on Standard Work, policy, training, technology and safety hazards.
  • Design implementation and integration plans for projects of all sizes.
  • Influence key team members to ensure project completion.
  • Ensure the proper stakeholders deliver Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement at the end of the project.
3. Performance Advisor
  • Use feedback and gaps to deep dive systemic issues.
  • Map work systems upstream and downstream to assess risks and impacts.
  • Identify specific behaviors to focus on which drive impact.
4. Goal Setting & Tracking
  • Partner with leaders on tracking to individual Service Line Goals.
  • Identify subordinate goals and projects that impact the primary goals.
  • Communicate and report out on goal attainment using project management tools and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience
  • High attention-to-detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  • Experience using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and communicating data insights to leadership.
  • Experience multitasking and managing multiple projects at a time
