Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant!
$30.00+ per hour. Pay is negotiable based on experience!
32 hours a week.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and assist in developing personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by the physical therapist.
- Monitor and document residents' progress, communicating updates to the healthcare team.
- Educate residents and families on exercises and techniques for ongoing well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- State licensure and CPR certification.
- Experience with older adults preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
