Overview

The Physician - Non-Invasive Cardiologist - Douglas is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses - are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association.

Wellstar Medical Group is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist. This is a full-time opportunity located at Wellstar Douglas Hospital in Douglasville, located approximately 25 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta, GA.

Wellstar Cardiovascular Medicine is the largest and most comprehensive provider of cardiovascular services in northwest Georgia. The Wellstar Cardiac Network includes 10 hospitals and 26 office locations throughout metro Atlanta. Our 90 physicians and 86 APPs provide care for the entire spectrum of cardiac patients (surgery, structural heart, EP, advanced imaging, complex intervention, ECMO, advanced heart failure and research).
