Physician Service Agreement (PSA) Support Specialist

Full Time

Job Summary:

Assists with Charge reconciliation process to include accessing reports and some data analysis. Responsible for entering data into PSA (Physician Services Agreement) systems. Assist with calendar scheduling for the PSA team. Acts as an intermediary between PSAs for missing tickets from charge and payment batches to assist with the charge reconciliation process. Pulls reports from Epic and PSA Systems and assists with basic analysis and Excel functions.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Administrative experience is preferred.

  • Ability to set work priorities, organized, flexible and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal skills and adaptable in changing situations and work assignments.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assist with running productivity, charge reconciliation reports using multiple systems/tools, as well as assisting with charge reconciliation.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare conference rooms or virtual meeting rooms.
  • Prioritize tasks, assignments and projects in an effort to meet the needs of the department.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the department.
  • Pull reports from Epic and PSA Systems as requested.
  • Perform basic Excel functions and analysis.
  • Perform patient account research if requested by Patient Contact Center or PSA offices.
  • Tracks PSA charge batches and performs follow ups as needed for charge, and payment batches.
  • Enters applicable information into PSA systems as requested by PSA groups.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
