Requirements for PLI employees:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' related/relevant experience in a progressive, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Experience or willingness to learn how to operate a variety of machinery
• A strong work ethic; you prioritize attendance and punctuality,you're reliable, and have a professional attitude
• A strong attention to detail -- this starts as a candidate and you'll show us throughout the hiring and employment process!
• Ability to read a variety of font sizes, starting at Font Size 8
• A basic mathematical aptitude, computer skills, and general mechanical aptitude
• Flexibility to work in alternate areas or schedules to meet customer needs during peak periods, including overtime and weekends, sometimes with little notice
• Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on a student or employer-sponsored Visa
