ECS is seeking a Portfolio Manager to work in our Washington DC office.

Job Description:
ECS seeks a Portfolio Manager to cultivate and develop a portfolio of contracts in the DOJ space. Beyond building successful staff, customer and partner relationships the Portfolio Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to identify new opportunities and grow their business.

General responsibilities will include managing multiple task orders to include staff, deliverables and task finances. The Portfolio Manager will establish themselves as a trusted resource for their customers and industry partners in the pursuit of new opportunities. Candidates must have direct operations and customer delivery experience. Candidates must be able to balance the day to day operational needs of a portfolio and along with the capture and business development tasks necessary to drive growth.

The Portfolio Manager will be expected to spend time face to face with staff and customers on a recurring basis. They will be responsible for owning the success of their tasks. That means that they'll be the ones ensuring staff are meeting and exceeding the customer's goals, driving to capture option year rolls, identifying opportunities for growth and winning recompetes.

Required Skills:

• Must have a Top-Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Minimum of six years' experience supporting federal programs
• Ability to build meaningful and trusting relationships with customers, staff and industry partners
• Proven experience leading P&L for a book of business
• Track record of identifying, cultivating and creating growth within accounts
• Demonstrated knowledge of information technology
• Ability to successfully manage the administrative functions of a portfolio

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting DOJ customers
• Experience leading cloud, data analytics, and software development programs
