Cedar Fair is seeking a POS Specialist at the Charlotte, NCoffice.  The Specialist is responsible for the enterprise point-of-sale support. The Specialist will support current and future offerings in retail and/or food and beverage across all Cedar Fair locations.  This position is primarily responsible for end-to-end product setup and SKU management.

How You'll Make A Difference:

• Build and maintain Point of Sale systems and other business-related applications.
• Provide POS application support to all associates across Cedar Fair properties.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams across the company, internal divisions on support updates, and project planning.
• Perform data validation against test and production POS systems.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and documentation related to each project.
• Train associates using the point-of-sale systems on how to troubleshoot and report operational issues.
• Recommend point of sale enhancements to increase operational effectiveness.

We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience installing POS systems and/or other hardware/software deployments
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database preferred 
• Travel required: 5-10%
