This position offers an exciting opportunityto join an integrated and innovative research program that employs team-basedresearch models involving clinicians, research methodologists, residents, andstudents. This postdoctoral positionwill be responsible for working with and supporting medical student researchand/or residency programs within the OSU system. Postdocs will gain significantexperience with publishing in peer reviewed medical, public health, andepidemiology journals and writing federal grant applications. Postdocs will beresponsible for delivering didactic lectures related to research conduct,research dissemination, the responsible conduct of research, and other topicsas needed. Postdocs will also collectand report research metrics of medical students and residents across programsfor the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation and AccreditationCouncil for Graduate Medical Education. Thesuccessful candidate willreceive training in manuscript preparation, grant writing, and otheraspects of professional development.

Ability to lift, carry push,and pull 50 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear,see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations. -Be innovative Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Required:
-A Ph.D. in a social science, computerscience, statistics/data analytics, bioinformatics, or biomedical sciencerelated disciplines.

Skills. Proficiencies and Knowledge:
Publicationsin peer-reviewed journals are expected. Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously is also expected. Good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred tofacilitate interactions with technicians, faculty, and students.
