*Description:*




* The Power BI developer will work with Optum State Government Solutions resources to build capabilities with the OPA for HHS Analytics and Data Warehousing modules as well as with FADS and MARS to complete a transition from Cognos to Power BI.

* This is a time sensitive role due to the need to demo our solution for Washington, KY, and at MESC.

* The Power BI developer will work with a team of sales executives, capture managers, product managers, and other professionals to bring compelling demos and proposal collateral to life.



*Ideal Background:*




* Ideally this candidate would have been a Power BI developer on another Medicaid data warehouse engagement and have a combination of outstanding Power BI skills, SQL skills, Snowflake experience as well as an understanding of health care data.



*Experience:*




* A combination of Power BI and Snowflake experience with an understanding of performance tuning



*Team and Team size:*




* 1 lead architects, 4 architects, 8 developers,1 scrum master, 1 DBA, 3 product managers (different products).



*Top Responsibilities: *




* The team is the Optum State Government Solutions OPA for HHS team.

* This team is composed of OPA for HHS Analytics, Data Warehouse, FADS, and MARS, there are approximately 15 people doing development on this team.

* 2 Years of Power BI Desktop Skills

* 5 Years of business intelligence tool experience such as (Cognos, Tableau, etc.)

* 5 Years of SQL language experience



*Nice to have:*




* Experience with health care data

* Experience with data warehousing

* Experience with technical writing

* Experience with Snowflake



*Interview Process:*




* a. How many rounds? 2, max 3

* b. Video vs. phone? Teams video interviews

* c. How technical will the interviews be? Moderately, there will be a series of technical questions that do have a correct answer.
