RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a Power Supply Mechanical Design Supervisor to join their team in New Milford, CT.Summary:This client is a manufacturing company that is continuously growing and thriving. They have a tight-knit team, great office culture, and including team outings. They offer a strong benefits package that includes health, dental, & vision insurance, 401K with match, flexible spending, PTO, tuition reimbursement, etc. This role will be fully in office.Responsibilities include:- Responsible for reporting of project statuses
- Create customer and manufacturing documentation
- Create design guides and work instructions
- Revise and update documentation and 3D models
- Troubleshoot and solve production floor issues
- Interpret assembly and fab drawings
- Lead a team of mechanical designers
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of related industry experience
- 2+ years of test/troubleshooting experience in industrial transformers
- Strong communication skills
- Strong technical background
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
