The Practice Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the practice and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the practice operations.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Day Shift. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Excellent Communicator: Responsible for customer service and productivity standards within the assigned practices. Ensures that the Manager, Operations Physician Practices is informed of issues in a timely fashion.
Active Teamwork: Collaborates with the Manager, Operations Physician Practices in all hiring decisions and employee performance management.
Work Efficiency: Coordinates staff within assigned practices to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care along with monitoring attendance for all practice employees
About Trinity Health Of New England:
Education: High school diploma and eight (8) years healthcare experience, or Associates' in a healthcare field and five (5) years' experience, or a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' of healthcare experience.
- Experience in an outpatient office environment preferred; one (1+) year supervisory/managerial experience is preferred. Proven experience in all aspects of a medical/healthcare practice.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Demonstrated ability in leadership and managing a team.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organization and communication skills required.
- Results oriented with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to improve quality and productivity by identifying improvement opportunities in the practice.
