Who You'll Work With

Slalom Build is looking for a Presentation Designer to join our global marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a technology obsessed creative who's passionate about achieving business outcomes through design. This role exists within the team that owns all facets of Slalom Build's global brand and go-to-market approach.

This role will bring high-value offerings, solutions, sales artifacts, and presentations to life across a variety of mediums that span the entire sales journey. It will work with our sophisticated brand system, adapting it thoughtfully to the specific sales and presentation mediums. Our candidate will use customer insight to guide their choices and have a knack for distilling complex topics into clear, elegant, and approachable solution narratives.

This role will interface with senior stakeholders across the business of Slalom and will be supported by our cross-disciplinary team of strategists, writers, marketers, brand designers, sellers, and partner managers.

What You'll Do

• Produce thoughtful, brand aligned presentations through typography, composition, layout, illustration, and narrative craft for on-screen, print, and digital mediums.
• Facilitate design solutions from early concept through execution and release.
• Synthesize complex business and technology concepts into clear and effective visual concepts.
• Develop design solutions that work in context of our business and users' goals.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and leaders.
• Partner with art directors, designers, program managers, and copywriters to ideate and execute on your projects
• Create presentation tools that users across our business can adopt and use effectively
• Own key sales and presentation artifacts, templates, and systems. Manage ongoing evolution of these properties based on market and stakeholder feedback.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in visual presentation design, brand design, or sales-focused design role
• An interest, comprehension, and passion for technology.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, demonstrated in a portfolio showing your breadth, creativity, process, and results.
• Proficiency with common design and presentation software - PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
• Storyboard development, design thinking and other requirement gathering skills
• Working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, XD, or Figma a plus
• Strong organizational skills and focused attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with team members and clients
