RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Marketing Manager in Orlando, FL.Summary:This individual will be responsible for translating vision and associated roadmaps as well as constantly presenting quarterly roadmap value. Holding regular sessions to educate all facets of the business and working hand in glove with Product Managers to facilitate CAB. Your unique skills and technical knowledge will carry into our overall sales, marketing and customer communication and enablement conversations. In this role, you will be reporting to the VP of Product Management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Principal Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of consistent messaging that highlights our differentiated value proposition in all technology releases within HGV
  • Conducts knowledge transfer and training of the sales, marketing, resort operations and other functional business teams in both direct and indirect channels, and supplies core messaging for the fulfillment of marketing tactics
  • Develops technology product and solution positioning, messaging by prospective buyer roles, and ways to overcome competitive objections
  • Translates and articulates technology platform messages
  • Develops sales tool, sales scripts, presentations, and demonstration
  • Supports marketing programs, campaigns and additional assets with content and messaging to drive demand
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers in strategic vertical markets to support ongoing definition of differentiated product value
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans and ensure internal organizational readiness


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7-10+ years of proven ability in a product marketing role preferably in the high-tech industry
  • Experience with commercial B2B SaaS applications
  • Experience in launching new high-tech products and presenting benefits
  • Experience working with product management & engineering/development
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Hands on experience with technology; Voice/Data networking or administration professionals; Hardware or Systems Integrations; MS Windows/Azure; Virtual Infrastructures; Gateways/Routers/Switches; CRM; SaaS Platform; Security and Compliance; Analytics/Data warehouse/Business Intelligence solutions; Performance or other Metrics based evaluation/management solutions
  • Experience in conducting market analysis, developing market messaging, and communicating benefits
  • Experience with Cloud/SaaS applications & technologies
  • Previous enterprise software product marketing experience
  • Domain expertise in the contact center industry either firsthand or through a successful tenure at a contact center software company
  • Demonstrated history of managing sophisticated projects and completing marketing plans
  • Understanding of enterprise software environments, scalability & high availability
  • Broad understanding of architecture & technical integrations
  • Strong communication and can also bridge the gap between technology and customers to demonstrate value propositions both internally and working with corporate communications for external messaging
  • Highly efficient in PowerPoint creation to help convey the value
  • Upbeat, motivated self-starter that has a passion for technology and can translate the capabilities of a technology solution into external messaging and positioning
  • Ability to effectively listen, communicate, and lead expectations at all levels (down, peer, up) and political savviness (corporate agility)
  • Ability to take an abstract idea, craft it out, build the plan and deliver the details


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
